Connect Gong

Open Org Settings

Navigate to Org Settings → Integrations. You’ll need Org Admin permissions.

Click Connect on Gong

A modal will open asking for your Gong API credentials.

Enter your credentials

You’ll need three things from Gong:

Field	Where to find it
API Base URL	Your regional Gong API endpoint (e.g., `https://us-12345.api.gong.io`)
Access Key	From your Gong API settings
Access Key Secret	From your Gong API settings

Import your calls

Once connected, OnePerfectSlice imports your recent calls and begins syncing new ones automatically every 15 minutes.

Existing calls are backfilled automatically (the number depends on your plan)
New calls sync every 15 minutes
Each call is automatically classified, then summaries and scorecards are generated

From the Gong integration card in Org Settings, you can:

Action	What it does
Pause	Stop syncing new calls (existing data is preserved)
Resume	Restart syncing
Reconnect	Update your credentials without losing existing data
Disconnect	Remove the connection (existing calls are preserved)
