Member	Team	Standard access — view and interact with calls, summaries, scorecards, and slices

Billing	Organization	View and manage billing only

When you create an organization, you become the Org Admin
When you invite someone, you choose their role
Org-level roles (Org Admin) grant access across all teams in the organization
Team-level roles (Team Admin, Member, Viewer) are scoped to a specific team
A user can have different roles on different teams
