# Gong

> Connect Gong to OnePerfectSlice to automatically import your call recordings for AI analysis, summaries, and scorecards.

## Connect Gong

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Org Settings">
    Navigate to **Org Settings → Integrations**. You'll need Org Admin permissions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Connect on Gong">
    A modal will open asking for your Gong API credentials.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your credentials">
    You'll need three things from Gong:

    | Field                 | Where to find it                                                       |
    | --------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
    | **API Base URL**      | Your regional Gong API endpoint (e.g., `https://us-12345.api.gong.io`) |
    | **Access Key**        | From your Gong API settings                                            |
    | **Access Key Secret** | From your Gong API settings                                            |

  <Step title="Import your calls">
    Once connected, OnePerfectSlice imports your recent calls and begins syncing new ones automatically every 15 minutes.

## After connecting

* Existing calls are backfilled automatically (the number depends on your plan)
* New calls sync every **15 minutes**
* Each call is [automatically classified](/product/call-types), then summaries and scorecards are generated

## Managing your connection

From the Gong integration card in Org Settings, you can:

| Action         | What it does                                         |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| **Pause**      | Stop syncing new calls (existing data is preserved)  |
| **Resume**     | Restart syncing                                      |
| **Reconnect**  | Update your credentials without losing existing data |
| **Disconnect** | Remove the connection (existing calls are preserved) |
